Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any product from Code2Copy ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.
Code2Copy sells digital email copy templates ("Templates") for use in email marketing platforms. Templates are delivered electronically after purchase. We do not ship physical goods.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to purchase from this site. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements.
Upon purchase and delivery of a Template, Code2Copy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use that Template for one (1) brand or client deployment. Specifically, you may:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing address and applicable law. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your payment card details.
Prices are subject to change at any time. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.
Templates are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery may be delayed in exceptional circumstances. If you have not received your Template within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at [email protected].
Because Templates are digital goods that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a Template has been delivered.
Exception: if you did not receive your Template due to a technical error on our part, or if the file delivered is corrupted or materially different from what was described, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will either re-deliver the correct Template or issue a full refund at our discretion.
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. EU and UK consumers have rights under their respective consumer protection regimes; however, by expressly requesting delivery of a digital product before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be waived once delivery has begun.
All Templates, copy, structure, and content made available through Code2Copy are the intellectual property of Code2Copy or its licensors. The licence granted in Section 3 does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Code2Copy name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Templates are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantee that any Template will achieve specific open rates, click rates, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control including your audience, product, timing, and email deliverability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code2Copy's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Template.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code2Copy and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of any Template in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
